Donation Guidelines
We appreciate your donations anytime, but encourage you to donate during our store hours
(11-7 Monday -Saturday)
Donation Do’s
We ask that you separate your clothes and your hardgood dontations into different bags.
We accept goods in usable condition, including:
- Clothing, Shoes, and Accessories.
-Backpacks and Purses
-Bed and Bath
-Electronics
-Small Appliances
-Exercise and Sporting Goods
-Books and Media
-Games and Toys
-Housewares
Donation Don’ts
We appreciate all of your donations, but we can’t accept everything. We kindly ask that you stick to the following guidelines:
No ripped, dirty, or broken goods
No mattresses or bedframes
No furniture
No carseats, playpens, cribs,
No food
No TV’s or Monitors
No cassette or vhs tapes or players
No loose toys or incomplete games/puzzles
No bikes or helmets
No plastic waterbottles
In-Store Guidelines
- We love to see you trying on all our unique pieces, but only in our dressing rooms. Because our pieces are constantly changing, we don’t know what’s ours and what’s yours, so keeping try-ons in the dressing room is a must.
- Our store is a no-food, no-drink, and no-large-bag zone. But we have lockers conveniently located at the front of our store for you to store your belongings.
- Our staff is split between English and Spanish speakers, so there is always at least one person in the store to chat with if you have any questions. Our staff greatly appreciates your patience:)
- All sales are FINAL; there are no returns on any goods except electronics. All electronics are eligible for a full refund if brought back to the store within 7 days of purchase.
